This isn't a tutorial, but since I often get so many questions about how I made a certain picture I thought people might like to say these. I had saved a few in progress images of Love Rescue Me to post in my sketch blog (hence the watermarking) that should help give you an idea of how this image progressed. Basically, I sketched out the original image in Photoshop with my tablet and then started painting in the colors on a separate later. Eventually the hastily sketched lineart outlived its usefulness and I simply progressed from there.
I strongly recommend using full view, otherwise you're not going to be able to see anything.
Like I said, this isn't a tutorial but maybe it will give you some insight into my process. Enjoy!

this is amazing if i do say so myself, you are great! i have a question though is it easier to use Photoshop or just water coloring from scratch on a piece of paper?
It really depends on the look I'm going for. If I want to really be able to layer colors, and have a lot of flexibility, then Photoshop is best. If I want a more traditional look, then all watercolor is the way to go. It depends on the piece and can vary quite a bit from one piece of art to the next.
