First picture of the new year!

I designed this picture to use for my 2007 holiday card. It took me a while to get it done (the card is actually a bit late being mailed out), but I'm happy with the final product. I saved progress images for this, so I'll be uploading a mini-tutorial of sorts eventually. The fairy tale East O' the Sun, West O' the Moon was my inspiration for this picture.

Completed January of 2008.

Prints will be available soon!

Wallpaper sized versions:
- 1024x768 (can be sized down for 800x600)
- 1280x1024

Just lovely! :D The colors are gorgeous. I'm amazed that you can tell the bear is creamy white, the overall look is perfect even though I can see a lot of grey and black and yellow when I'm looking right at it. I'm in awe of your palette choosing skills. :D And your fabric and hair skills, too! :D



(It seems as though she may be falling off, or the bear is very wide, cause she's low to the bear with her bum way off the other side, but it's just an observation, not a criticism. It may just be me.)
